ADA University and the Clean Energy Center of the ECO Region (CECECO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The document was signed by Ambassador Hafiz Pashayev, Rector of ADA University, and Aysel Yagubova, Executive Director of CECECO.
