The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan has prepared the "Citizen's Budget Guide" for the first time, reflecting the execution of the 2025 state and consolidated budgets. Developed in accordance with the requirements of international fiscal diagnostic tools, this publication presents data on the generation and expenditure of public funds, as well as reforms in financial management, in a simple and accessible format.
