Iranian Airlines suspend flights to Azerbaijan

Flights operated by Iranian airlines to Azerbaijan have been suspended as of today, according to the press service of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL).
AZAL stated that the decision to suspend flights by Iranian carriers was prompted by new U.S. sanctions imposed against Iran, which specifically target the country’s aviation sector.
